With a rich standard equipment and a host of options of optional technical gadgets, a Chickenwagon can be customized completely to your liking. Below is an overview of all technical options.
Feel free to download the brochure to see which options belong to your Chickenwagon !
This option provides chickens with additional shade and a safe place to shelter, such as in the event of a threat from birds of prey. The sun canopy is flexible and can be used as a screened run or as a shaded area within the run area. Thanks to the collapsible design, the doors can be easily folded against the Chickenwagon , making it easy to move it after another pasture. It is also possible to provide this option on both sides. In that case, an extr
This infrared panel provides a constant temperature for the chicks. With the included thermostat, the temperature can be accurately set to the desired degrees.
The manure tray is located under the slatted floor, making it easy to muck out the Chickenwagon from the outside.
This red box can easily transport 360 eggs. (Includes 12 plastic trays).
To fill the feed supply bunker of the automatic feeding system, two types of feed bins are available. Both feed bins are equipped with a hydraulic feed auger. The feed hopper at the rear of the Chickenwagon is located at a height of 2.75 meters. To reach this height, a horizontal or vertical feed trough can be chosen. In this way, the feed bunker can be easily filled with both a shovel and a tractor.
The screen door allows the entrance door to remain open during hot days, allowing better air circulation.
Steel mushroom-shaped perches have a longer lifespan and the smaller contact surface area gives blood lice less opportunity.
The fan is equipped with a temperature sensor that causes the fan to automatically turn on or off when the temperature goes above or below the preset temperature. This achieves optimal climate control.
The supplement tank allows for easy administration of a drug. The tank is connected directly to the drinking nipples. The large water supply can be easily shut off in the process.
To ensure that the Mobile Chickenwagon stands straight even on hilly terrain, four hydraulic support legs are provided. These can be easily operated via tractor or shovel hydraulics using a valve block.
Insulating the floor keeps the litter in the free-range area drier, contributing to a more comfortable and hygienic environment for the chickens.

The manure valve makes it easy to remove the manure from inside the Chickenwagon .
The implement for behind the tractor has a three-point connection and comes with a vertical hydraulic auger bucket and an IBC container with a 12-volt pump for refilling the water supply. The great advantage of this implement is that water and feed can be refilled simultaneously. In addition, if a front loader is present, the manure can also be taken directly. This means that only one transport per week to the Chickenwagon is needed for the weekly work.
It is possible to equip the Chickenwagon with a camera system whose images can be easily viewed via an app. The cameras can be placed both inside and outside on the Chickenwagon , giving you insight into the behavior and well-being of the chickens at any time.
The screen with cell phone module in the switch box ensures that in case of a malfunction, a text message is immediately sent to your cell phone. You will receive notifications of malfunctions such as laying nest, outlet, power failure (empty battery), temperature, feed supply and water level. This option also makes it possible to operate the Chickenwagon remotely.

In the upstairs area, the lights dim automatically, simulating sunrise and sunset. The light intensity is also adjustable. This contributes to the chickens' natural behavior.
Poultry netting provides flexible and safe fencing of the range area. To prevent the chickens from passing under the net, a scare wire device connected to the solar panels is possible. This provides power to the grid year-round, ensuring a reliable system that promotes the safety and welfare of the chickens.
These feeding rings give chickens an individual eating area, reducing feed spillage.
The round drinker is mounted on the outside of the Chickenwagon and connected to the existing water tank. This provides additional available drinking water in the run, ensuring that the chickens have access to water even while scavenging outside.
As a replacement for feed barrels, an automatic feeding system can be chosen. This system feeds chickens six times a day, with feeding times easily set via computer. The major advantages of this automatic feeding system are ease of work, refilling the feed supply from outside, more distraction for the chickens, and that the feed chain is completely emptied daily. This benefits the welfare of the chickens.
