This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of data by Chickenwagon and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Responsibility for the processing of personal data lies with Chickenwagon.

2. Why do we process personal data?

In order to carry out its business activities, Chickenwagon processes personal data. This is done in accordance with applicable legal obligations. We process your data for the following purposes:

Only the employees of Chickenwagon who need the personal data necessary to perform their work have access to your data. Remember to make your BSN illegible on the copy before sending it along. It is also advisable to write on the copy that it is intended for Chickenwagon. Please state clearly in the letter which right you want to exercise or which use of your data you object to. You will receive a reply within one month.

We cannot fulfil your requests if they are made unreasonably often, require unreasonable technical effort or have an unreasonable technical impact on our systems, endanger the privacy of others or are extremely impractical.
