This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of data by Chickenwagon and its affiliated (subsidiary) companies. The responsibility for the processing of personal data lies with Chickenwagon.

2. Why do we process personal data?

In order to be able to carry out its business activities, Chickenwagon processes personal data. This is done in accordance with the applicable legal obligations. We process your data for the following purposes:

• Processing your request for information or publications in order to provide you with the agreed services, products and/or information and to adapt them to your needs and wishes;

4. Who can see your personal data?

Only those employees of Chickenwagon who need the personal data for the performance of their job have access to your data. Third parties are only granted access to your data if we are certain that the third party will use the data in a manner and for a purpose related to the purpose for which we obtained the data.

Furthermore, access will only be granted if it can be done in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We ensure that this third party has taken adequate measures to protect your personal data. Your data will not be transferred to a country outside the EU.

• The right to rectification. If you believe that we hold inaccurate personal data about you, you can have this personal data corrected.

• For technical reasons, it is not possible to delete data from our backups. In the event that a backup has to be restored to operational status, we will still delete your data.
• The right to transfer. You can ask us to transfer your personal data to another party.

You can exercise your right by sending a letter stating your name, address, telephone number and a copy of a valid ID to info@wij-kamp.nl, for the attention of the Data Protection Officer (FG). Please remember to make your BSN illegible on the copy before sending it. It is also advisable to write on the copy that it is intended for Chickenwagon. Please state clearly in the letter which right you wish to exercise or which use of your data you object to. You will receive a reply within one month.

We cannot fulfil your requests if they are made unreasonably often, require unreasonable technical effort or have an unreasonable technical impact on our systems, endanger the privacy of others or are extremely impractical.

If you believe that we are not handling your personal data properly, you also have the option of submitting a complaint to our FG or to an external party.
