The Chickenwagon 375 is the innovative mobile chicken house designed to provide your laying hens with optimal comfort and safety, while benefiting from maximum flexibility and ease of use.

The Chickenwagon 375 consists of two floors. On the lower floor is an enclosed scratching area with a comfortable floor where the laying hens can roam freely during the day. An automatically operated exit door, which opens in the morning, allows the hens to go outside independently. The door closes automatically in the evening at sunset, keeping the hens safely inside. Additional manual doors with removable windows provide optimal ventilation and easy access during daily inspection. One-handed storage is provided at the back for the removable windows.
The top floor of the Chickenwagon 375 houses the perches, feeding system, drinking nipples and laying nests for the laying hens. Thanks to the grids in this floor, the manure automatically falls onto the hydraulic manure belt, ensuring a clean and healthy living environment. In addition, there are three loading bins that regulate the climate inside; these can be opened and closed manually. Optionally, a fan can be added for additional air circulation. For the laying hens, both feed barrels and an automatic feeding system are available; both systems have a storage capacity of one week, as does the water supply. The water supply is easy to refill from the outside and provides enough storage capacity for a week. The laying hens can take up this water via a nipple line with adjustable water pressure. Thanks to the closed system and limited light penetration, algae growth is minimized, contributing to a hygienic drinking water supply. The manure belt can be easily turned off with a shovel or tractor. As much as 80% of the manure produced by the chickens collects on the manure belt and should be removed weekly.
Upon entering the Chickenwagon , you will first enter the hygiene lock. In this area, boots and coveralls can be put on to enter the barn hygienically. Egg collection is fully automated. As soon as a laying hen lays an egg, the egg rolls automatically from the laying nest to the back on a motorized egg belt. This transports the eggs directly to the collection table in the hygiene sluice, where they can be easily sorted and packed into trays or boxes.
The laying nests are equipped with an automatic ejection mesh, which closes at the end of the afternoon and opens again in the morning. This prevents hens from sleeping in the nests at night. This contributes to hygiene and ensures clean eggs.
On the roof are solar panels that provide power for all electrical equipment. These solar panels are supported by a battery, making the Chickenwagon 375 almost completely self-sufficient in electricity.

This central control unit gives you full control over all automatic functions within the cart, keeping management simple and clear. Via a clear display you effortlessly set the time and for LED lighting, the opening and closing of the exit door, the float system of the laying nests, feeding times, ventilation, etc. The water level is also continuously monitored and can be easily read on the cabinet. This control cabinet ensures the comfort and well-being of the laying hens. The control cabinet is user-friendly and designed for optimal reliability.
